Return Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal.  If an item you ordered does not meet your expectations, it may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date if it is in resalable condition. (Does not apply to clearance-priced items.)  In the case of wine which has been opened, you will be given a store coupon (credit) to use with future purchases. 

A return authorization is required so that we may learn the reason for the dissatisfaction and move quickly to resolve the problem.  We appreciate your business and will work hard to earn and build a long-term happy customer relationship with you!
